I've spent fifteen years working with leaders caught between human needs and the systems they operate within.
My approach comes from an unconventional path– performer to wellbeing specialist to founder– developing insight through both scaling success and experiencing breakdown.
I understand the impossible positions leaders find themselves in, the daily compromises required, and what happens when you carry everyone else's needs while neglecting your own.
Because recognising the inherited patterns that drive workplace dysfunction is one thing. Having the courage to interrupt them is another.
