For the past decade, I’ve helped build Unmind into a workplace mental health company supporting millions of employees around the world.

Alongside my work inside Unmind as a founder, Chief Wellbeing Officer, and executive team facilitator and coach, I’ve worked with leaders in organisations ranging from small agile consultancies to some of the world’s most recognisable enterprise companies.

So I’ve experienced the pressure of building a company from the inside, and understand the responsibility senior leaders carry in complex organisations.

I also know what happens when success starts asking too much of the person sustaining it.

That combination shapes my work.

I bring together coaching, facilitation, workplace mental health, behaviour change and what I’ve learned from building inside the system myself.

Not to help people keep pushing through.

But to help them see clearly, work more honestly, and lead in a way that doesn’t cost them, or the people around them, more than it should.
