Helping leaders say what needs to be said.
I speak and facilitate with organisations that want to look more honestly at how work is shaping people.
Speaking
I’m a TEDx speaker with years of experience helping leaders and teams think more honestly about mental health, human sustainability and the pressure underneath modern work.
My talks explore what it takes to build cultures where good work doesn’t come at the cost of people’s health or humanity.
Most people already know something about the current way of working feels off.
They see the pace, the expectations, the always-on pressure, and all the things people learn to hide behind professional language.
My talks put words to the pressure people have been working around.
Without blame, shame or theatrics.
They’re built for rooms where people can spot a generic leadership talk in the first five minutes.
The point isn’t to give people another model to memorise.
It’s to help them leave with sharper questions and a more honest way to look at how they lead, decide and relate to one another.

Facilitation
Speaking can shift how people see things.
Facilitation is where the room has to do something with what it sees.
I work with leadership teams who need to think clearly, speak honestly and get underneath the surface conversation they’ve been having.
That might mean an offsite, a strategy workshop, a team reset, or a series of sessions around a specific challenge.
The work draws on formal facilitation training, coaching practice and years of working with senior teams.
My role is to help people stay with the real conversation long enough for something useful to happen.
Available as keynotes, leadership sessions, offsites or ongoing programmes.
